Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SWD Content Expert ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity in your account. Each account may have only one active device session at a time. You must be authorised to act for any business you represent.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• SWD Content Expert Pro is RM97/month or RM931.20/year, billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via our supported payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before your renewal date to avoid further charges.
• Access to premium features is granted only after verified payment status from our payment provider's webhooks.
• When a subscription ends, your saved content and settings are preserved, but premium features are locked until access is renewed.

4. Complimentary access

Admins may grant time-limited complimentary access at their discretion. Complimentary access does not require payment and ends on its expiry date, returning the account to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse AI output, send unsolicited messages, or violate third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

6. AI content

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing. We do not guarantee any marketing result.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time.
