Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

SWD Content Expert Pro subscriptions are billed in advance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and renew automatically until cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan. Your saved content and settings are preserved.

3. Refunds

Because you retain full access for the period you have paid for and can cancel before any renewal, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Contact page and we will review your case.

4. Complimentary access

Complimentary access is provided at no cost and has no refund implications.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry during a grace period. If payment cannot be completed, premium access is removed and the account returns to the Free plan.
