Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

You may use SWD Content Expert to create, plan, and analyse marketing content for businesses you are authorised to represent, in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Do not use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Do not send unsolicited or bulk messages (spam) using WhatsApp or other content generated here.
• Do not bypass logins, platform restrictions, robots rules, or anti-bot protections when monitoring competitors.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data, API keys, or secrets.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its integrations.
• Do not input content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Competitor monitoring

Only monitor publicly available information through authorised APIs, official integrations, RSS feeds, public website feeds, and legally permitted sources. Do not collect private data or use unauthorised access methods.

4. AI content

AI-generated content may contain errors. You must review and verify all content before publishing and are responsible for what you publish. The Service does not claim guaranteed marketing performance.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account. We may record relevant actions in audit logs.
