1. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide during registration and onboarding (such as name, email, and business details), content you create, and basic device information (browser, operating system, device type) used for one-device session security. We do not use IP address alone to identify your device.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To enforce one-device login and account security.
• To process payments through our supported payment provider.
• To send security and billing notifications (which cannot be disabled) and optional notifications you choose to receive.

3. Data separation

Your Brand Profiles, content, plans, competitor records, subscriptions, and settings are private to your account. Access is enforced on the server, not only in the interface. One user can never access another user's data.

4. Competitor data

We only process publicly available competitor information that you add manually or through authorised sources. We do not collect private data or bypass platform restrictions.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by our supported payment provider. We never store raw card details.

6. Security

We use secure password hashing, role-based access control, secure session tokens, audit logging, and secret management. API keys and secrets are never exposed in the frontend.

7. Your rights

You may request a data export or account deletion at any time. On deletion, your account is anonymised.
